This scum should have never been free to kill, the justice system had multiple chances to remove him from the streets and protect society but failed to act and now this poor guy is dead. Unfortunately, this is not an uncommon occurrence, then there are the repeat offenders that are paroled only to continue the violent ways leaving more innocent victims in their wake. I will never surrender my right to self defense.
