Conveniently, they pass the bailout at the end of summer and just before the election. I was wondering how this works.

1. Let's say there is a school teacher. Broward County lays you off from your job at the end of the school year. Gives you a pink slip saying we can't afford you. Technically, you are unemployed. So… you can go to the state of Florida and claim unemployment right? The libs union buddies just got a free 2 month vacation and received unemployment benefits they wouldn’t have received if this farce of a layoff didn’t happen. But, if they took some of the crapulous money that is still not spent, gave to the state in let’s say May, they don’t. Nice payoff.
2. So, all these teachers are sitting on unemployment being factored into the unemployment percentage. Suddenly they come off unemployment through this bill that creates more debt. But, Obumble starts to claim it as a victory because the unemployment percentage goes down for August, reported in September, conveniently just before the election. Way to gig the numbers.
